Experiment till you find it. For me, the online reader works better. I have internet always. For you, given your situations, the offline one is better. (Guess you made these comments online without the reader in action) Whatever be the case, Full Feeds is a must, else it breaks the idea of feeds. I use the Firefox addon, NewsFox. Offline readers are a great necessity for bloggers like me who don't have internet access @ home. Basically @ each visit to the cybercafe, I update my feeds for reading during my leisure time. Any post they catches my interest prompts me to open Notepad and write a comment. This comment(s) gets posted on my next visit to the cybercafe. Offline rss readers rocks for folks without internet access and it's one of the major reasons why bloggers need to quit using partial rss feeds all in the name of increasing page views.
