I use Tudumo for making lists and stuffs ( I have my own ways to do that in Tudumo), but the snooze button on it is what I use the most.
Music really helps, sometimes I would close the door, plug the headphones and would even forget its dinner time and parents would come banging on the door.

I have a calling bell in my room, even that wont help ;)

Nice productivity tips.. I however, stay away from music while working as it tends to interrup me. Sometimes, I however, plug my ears with the headphone set :)

Basicaly setting targets for the day works well for me. I come up with a rough plan in mind, on which all activities need to be completed by EoD, during my breakfast itself. Just in case something slips, I mark that on my calendar as a task and do it next day.

(I must confess that, more and more tasks are slipping as I age LOL)
