Theme Up Firefox: Cool Themes and Installation Tips

Today I stumbled over a cool collection of Firefox Themes @kainth56‘s blog. Though I knew Firefox supports themes, I had never given it a real try. I always thought that Themes doesn’t add any productivity, then why bother, but I am about to be proven WRONG.

The collection had the Chromifox Firefox Theme which was too good to resist. It’s a Firefox mod that looks like Google Chrome. I was on Opera then, (I use opera for normal browsing and Firefox for Blogging and Designs), and so I downloaded the theme onto my desktop. But hey, how to install the theme? I tried opening the theme file, in Firefox (File > Open File) but that didn’t work. To install plugins that you downloaded, you just have to open it using the File menu, but with the theme it didn’t work, don’t know why.

Mod Your Firefox with some Cool ThemesWhom do you ask all your doubts? A good share of people would say the same answer, Google. Google replied with a link to hardwaregeeks forum on How to install Firefox Themes!

To install a Firefox Theme:

  • Download the theme File (probably a .jar file)
  • In Firefox, go to Tools > Add-ons > Themes
  • Drag and drop the theme file there!

The Chromifox Theme looks awesome; finally the workplace has something new into it. I was wrong when I thought, Themes add nothing to productivity. It does make Firefox look new and interesting. I can’t take my eyes off from Firefox now 🙂

Checkout the collection of some cool themes and give your Firefox a new look!

Divi WordPress Theme - My Review

Divi WordPress Theme
Divi is a WordPress theme that web designers do not want you to know. It comes with a drag-and-drop theme builder. You can build beautiful looking unique websites without touching a line of code. Just choose from one of the many pre-made layouts, or pick elements and arrange them any way you like.

Divi is every WordPress developer's wet dream. Surprise your clients with neat responsive websites and have fun building them.

Divi comes from Elegant Themes. If you enjoy building websites, you *need* an Elegant Themes membership. 87 beautiful themes and 5 plugins for the cost of less than a candy-bar each!

Note: I am an avid user of Divi myself and this is a honest review. I wouldn't recommend something that I do not personally find amazing.
